Hannah needs my help, and I have responded with alacrity. Her vocabulary needs ameliorating, according to her recent PSAT screening test results. The deadline for attaining a superlative vocabulary is October, when she is slated to take the PSAT. I have always had a proclivity for collecting words, and consider it one of my hobbies.
Although I’ve shared a great deal of my word collection with Hannah, I’m making the remainder of her word inheritance available in the form of Latin and Greek word roots. Hannah knows from experience that I’m not pedantic, and has accepted the gift of etymologies with gratitude and pleasure.
What delectation to write about this profitable project (even though characterized by verbosity :).)
