It’s a wonderful life!
At first, I was anxious about moving to Katy. It’s not anything like kennel life. I’m glad to say that at least the food is the same, and there’s plenty of water. Language is my biggest struggle—not one person in this place speaks Canine. I am trying my best to understand two words in particular: “pee outside.” It’s looks like understanding these two words is the key to living in peace around here. Everything will be going along just dandy. Then before I know it, those two words are flying all around me, and I find myself in the yard. Whew, I’ll admit that it’s still a mystery to me as to what initiates such behavior on the part of otherwise loving people.
I’m really proud of learning how to scale mountains. The main thing I have to remember is not to stop running on the way up or I’ll lose momentem completely. Going up those stairs is my favorite thing! I’ve also been on several field trips that were quite interesting, and I’ve been praised for being a good traveler. Traveling for hours at a time has got to be my favorite thing! Boy, do I love walks around the block. They are my favorite! One thing for sure is that they do a lot of laundry around here. Carting the dirty socks around the house is my favorite way of helping.
Gotta go—I hear my name being called. Where did I put that sock? I think someone needs it!
